Nurit Berman is the founder and chairwoman of Emda, the market leader in Executive Search, Management Consulting and Career Development.
Ms. Berman pioneered the Israeli Executive Search market in 1990, and introduced advanced management solutions that establish stable and productive management teams and boards of directors.

Talya currently serves as EMDA’s Managing Partner, responsible for all company operations, including sales and marketing managements, CRM and HR.
Prior to this she served as Senior Client Partner and Administrative Office Manager from 2006-2014. In this position she was in charge of the commercial relations with clients, as well as sales and marketing activities.
Before joining EMDA, Talya was in charge of operations at a recreation activities company and served as Operations Director at BTL Momentum, a marketing and promotion agency.
Talya earned her B.A in Political Science from Tel Aviv University in 1993.

Linoy has been a client partner at EMDA since 2015. She is responsible for executive search processes in a variety of sectors and high-level positions.
Prior to this she served as a senior associate from 2012 to 2014, and as a principal between 2014 to 2015. .
Before joining EMDA, Linoy was a lecturer at the Youth Scientists program at Tel Aviv University's Sagol School of Neuroscience (2010-2012) and a research assistant at the university’s Cognitive Neuroscience and Organizational Behavior labs (2008-2010).
Linoy earned a BA in psychology and art history from Tel Aviv University in 2009 and completed her graduate studies for MA in cognitive neuroscience at university's psychology department. She is the recipient of two honor scholarships for academic distinction.

Hanna has been a Senior Leadership & Assessment consultant for Emda since 2008.
Prior to this she was Consulting Department Manager at DBM between 1996–2008 and General Manager of Pre-Academic Preparatory School Rom Prat between 1991–1996.
Hanna earned her B.A in Psychology and Statistics from Haifa University and M.A in Behavioral Science (specializing in Vocational Psychology) from NP University California, U.S. She also completed studies of teaching and group guiding at The College of Academics Training.
Micky has been Leadership and Talent Consultant and Senior Client Partner at Emda since 2009.
Prior to this she was in charge of Talent Management and Organizational Development at DBM. She was a Major in the IDF and concluded her service in 1996.
Micky earned her B.A in Social Work and M.A in Behavioral Science from Tel Aviv University.
Merav has been a principal at EMDA since 2013.
Before joining EMDA, Merav founded her own placement company – Hasamot.
Prior to that, she coordinated the Executive MBA programs at the Faculty of Management, Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel-Aviv University (TAU). Later, she also founded and managed the graduate placement program at the George Leven Hi-Tech Management School (HTMS) in the faculty. Following her success at TAU, Merav managed the executive placement division in a hi-tech placement company.
Merav has a BA in social work and an MSc. in organizational behavior, both from TAU.
Gil has been a principal in Emda since 2006.
Prior to joining EMDA, Gil worked for two years as a business intelligence manager at Seabridge (former Israeli hi-tech company) and as an information scientist at cellular provider Pelephone (1995-2000).
Gil has a BA in sociology from Tel Aviv University and an MA in information science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Ruth manages, consults and leads senior manager and board director recruitment committees since 2014. Her role also includes responsibility for government recruitment committees.
In addition to her work for the company, Ruth facilitates communication skills instruction teams at the Bar Ilan University School of Education. Previously, in 2008-2013, she managed the employer relations area in Women’s Spirit, an NGO promoting financial independence for women victims of violence.
Ruth has a BA in political science from Tel Aviv University. She has completed her studies for an MA in human resources from Darby University. She has also completed a post-academic HR management program at the College of Management Academic Studies and Beit Berl College’s group facilitation course.

Dorit joined our team in 2015, and is responsible for managing the finances
of Emda.
In this capacity she has the overall responsibility for all finance and
controlling issues and acts as our liaison with clients, suppliers and
service providers.
Previously, Dorit worked as a project manager at Adam Milo, the evaluation
institute, and until 2013 was Project Manager & Assistant to the CEO at
Delek Real Estate Ltd. Yielding Assets division.
Dorit is also a certified producer and actress with the “Theater Room" under
the management of Amir Orian.

Noa has been Emda's Executive Assistant since 2012.
Prior to this she was Office Director at ICBC between 2010-2012 and Production & Logistics Coordinator for the international medical Iron Conference (HUJI) in 2009.
Noa earned her B.A in Education and Arts from Tel Hai Academic College in 2007 and Engineering in Graphic and pre-press from Hadassah College in 2004.
